Comcast in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - Worst Customer Service

I have called Comcast "customer service" 3 times to resolve the same issue! I still do not have secure and reliable internet, and my bill is almost $150.00 per month. They verified that an unauthorized user has my ISP address; my own computer has displayed that message many times. I tried to get a password protected access from Comcast, and that failed. I am calling every state, local, and federal agency I know of to get satisfaction. I know that this activity is a crime punishable by fine, and I will pursue this matter legally at whatever level is required.

It SUCKS !!!! HAVE BASICALLY BEEN DOWN FOR 2 WEEKS ON INTERNET AND PHONE AND WEEK ON AND OFF WITH CABLE 3 SERVICE PEOPLE AND SUPERVISOR NEW MODEM NEW BOX ON POWER LINE BUT STILL NO RESOLUTION CALLING SUCKS AS THEY START ALL OVER WITH RESET MODEM ETC DONE DONE DONE!!!!!

charging me to move my cable boxes to my new house, the house is cable ready, techs come push a button! I have paid THOUSANDS over the years for their sub-par service, now they want to back me into a wall and leave me without cable unless I pay their *** fee. Then the loser cs rep said I could just go ahead and cancel my service then! Wow, great customer service skills! Congrats, you just lost my service all because you want to keep charging *** fees for *** service! I have never paid late in over a decade! BYE BYE!!

I was about to sign contract with verizon ended up signing with comcast where they screwd me with 3 years contract

It is so Shaming . I was about to go with Verizon for my business with one phone line and internet they where offering me 112$ month to month, just called to ask the price from Comcast the guy there told me that taxes in Verizon are high and Comcast is the best. I have signed my lease for business which I closed for a year but Comcast without telling me signed me up for 3 years. the person on the phone never told me that I am going to have comcast in next 3 years even though I had my lease for one year. I called to customer service to cancel it and found out that i am stock with them. and the worst part is They don't let me go out of contract without signing the paper that i am going to pay them 75% of left contract. I have taken Contracts law and never saw similar type of contract when one party tries to go out of contract he can not. This is my civil right to break the contract. and by contract law the damage I caused I might be paying but in this case the damage for Comcast will be 120$ 10 $ a month discount that they gave me. So instead of paying 120$ more a year they now inducing me to pay 75 %, ridiculous. I have contacted to Comcast several times , asked the supervisor they told me they are going to call me and I have never received a call. Last time when i talked to representative in Comcast I asked her to give me in writing that somebody is going to call me but I have never heard anything. Comcast thinks That I am going to pay them, No I will wait till you take me to court where you will definitely loose

I don't know where to start. i'm waiting for them to arrive ...again. Customer service is nonexistent. They are robots who just say what they think you want to hear and then nothing happens. I have the TV and the equipment, but NO service!!!

Dear Comcast I have never been so furious of customer service!! I rate them a negative 10. I got a bill showing I owed $99.99 for the mayweather pacqauio fight which I never got to see. It was showing me a black screen that said call 1-800-xfinity. I called they said it didn't go through and I don't have to worry about them charging me so I cancelled it. Called xfinity when I got my bill. lady said supervisor said there is nothing they can do because I watched it. I replied how would you know I actually watched it. I had just told you what happened. So I asked to speak to someone else because she wasn't understanding me. She replied I could transfer you to my supervisor but he'll just tell me the same thing. So I told her to just transfer me cause I couldn't talk to her. Supervisor told me the same thing. Told me they didn't even have a note of me calling the day of the fight. I told him that's bs not my fault if your employees are not doing their job right! I asked him to talk to someone else because he had decided there was nothing he could do for me! He says we could do some tests on your box to see if I actually watched the *** thing. I greed. Told him to do whatever he has too and I wasn't trying to scam them. I wouldn't be so angry if I had actually got to watch it. This supervisor transfers me to someone lower than him!!! He transferred me to technical support! Technical support says that if the supervisor already said that they can't do anything he definitely can't do anything. So I tell him that basically I paid a $100 to watch a screen that said call xfinity! Asked him if there was anyone else I can talk to he told me he could ask technical supervisor to give me a call so I agreed because I was just going to donate $100 to them! He calls me and offers me all these extras and asked me if I wanted it. Being furious at this moment I told him I'll take it because I wasn't just gonna give my money to them for the blank screen! I will never order anything extra from them!! From my view they will try to steal your money. Who knows how much money they had already taken! Comcast needs to fixed their customer service!! - not so happy customer
