Comcast in Naples, Florida - Lies, lies, lies

Posted earlier about trying to get service at my home. Finally contacted by someone who assured me my service would be connected June 30, today. Per our conversation she told me she would first have someone come out to make sure there was a live cable wire to the house. Here I am 9 days into this. The tech shows up to install cable boxes. NO CABLE TO THE HOUSE!!! Another 5 - 7 days to get cable wire, another who knows how long to get service! At the top of my list for the NO customer service company! I'll take my chances with satellite!

I hear you. On my experience, they wasted 7 days straight. Never seems to keep their promise.

Mobile Internet Review

Comcast is not make it easy for the customer to do business with them inquired about Mobile Internet service got transferred here and then got transferred there and then got the *** from my account information. All I want to know is to have mobile Internet service national coverage and pricing. I don't want to explain what I was looking for and a half a dozen people.

What happened is the bill went up again...OMG...enough already..I'm now paying 208.00 a month..single working senior citizen...the cost is getting out of hand..it's constantly going up...STOP with the increases...keeps up will have to drop service....everyone I know that has Comcast is totally disgusted with the constant increases...really hate to have to drop service because as a senior citizen it one of my luxury suites...and it really is becoming a luxury..I really hope the complaints about increases are taken seriously and something starts to change if not in a few years will be paying 400.00 a month..

Promotion Review

I'm upset that someone can pretend to work for your company and is taking money from consumers. I have been with Comcast for many years. Someone called me from your company saying there was a new promotion that was going on. Well i didn't know that it was a lie and took the deal. Paid $480 thinking I was paying many bill. Now I'm lost out of that money.

I just got a two year contract with Comcast for sixty-nine dollars and a short time there after received my first bill notice online (I choose paperless billing) well I expected there would be a few additional fees but I was over charged from the start. I was over charged on internet charges for boxes that were free, charged for equipment rental that had not been mentioned, charge for additional instillation that did not happen. Now to add fuel to the fire the system did not work correctly it has gone out twice and when I called for the first outage was told I would receive a fifteen dollar credit and the second time I called the credit was supposed to be for twenty dollars. I did not get the credits on everything and was told they had no record of the amounts but they saw where I called in. Sorry way to operate a company.

Comcast in Dallas, Texas - Abusive Customer Service

We recently sold our home. As a result, we needed to change our service(s). I wanted to keep our current email address for a while and get rid of the services no longer needed. ie TV, High Speed Internet etc. The service at Comcast was border line abusive. First, I called 5 times and could not get anyone. I then tried their 'Request A Call Back' service twice. No call ever came. Finally, I tried again and got through on the 6th attempt. After getting a real person, I told her that I wanted to down grade my service to minimum required to keep only my email addresses. The rep tried (and I counted them) to sell me an upgrade to my service 8 times. Even after I told her that I sold my house and didn't need their service anymore. She ignored my requests for a reduced package and continued to try and sell me an upgrade. When that didn't work, she tried to get me to transfer their service to our new address numerous times. I told her that we already had a different service in place at the new location. And then after all of that, she still tried to get me to refer our relatives to Comcast.net. It was like a nightmare ride that I could not get off of. I found Comcast to be a very, very poor quality company with even worse customer service. After this experience, I would not refer my worst enemy to them.

Comcast - Modem Review from Atlanta, Georgia

I spent 45 minutes on the phone with comcast CS in PI only to be told I needed to drive to my local Comcast office and get a new modem. Venus who tried to help me obviously was not trained and kept asking me to try the same procedure. I pay for technical service at my home but that would take 3 business days. My son works out of my home on a wireless computer. Why does this company have such terrible customer service? I totally missed my "survey" call as Venus was still trying. It was a joke!!!! Pissed COMCAST customer!!!

Really, I just wish it was cheaper. I have the triple play, 105 MB internet, phone. I never have any problems. I built my own pfSense router, hooked it up to the Arris cable modem, and I just don't have any problems. I see a lot of people here having problems, and the only thing I can say is that I would like to spend less. My service is very good. I had it for years at my previous address, and only had a problem when a truck took out a telephone pole, and even then, Comcast patched the cable together to get people back online until the pole was replaced. I have no other options, so I'm glad the service is good.

Comcast - Xfinity Review from Scappoose, Oregon

I am so sick of Comcast. 3 no show appointments. Lost appointment in system. Cancelled. Supposedly due to me needing to physically have the equipment before installers can come. So 3rd (1-2 hour long phone calls and near stroke) a lovely man, so kindly ordered equipment. All equipment mailed to me. With an appointment set up to install. No show. Cancelled because it was mailed. Mailed equipment is self install. What? Modem/router is broken. Comcast unable to fix remotely... They will send a new one immediately. That was 6 weeks ago. No new equipment. Cable x1 streaming is superb- NOT. Check out video.
