You cannot speak to an agent the automated will not allow you that is absolutely horrible

I am trying to speak to an agent to go over my billing for my Internet and I cannot talk to anybody but that automated

over an hour stuck with the recorded voices who want to do a modem check i need an agent to look up a check deposit in 2021, i.v been customer for 35 years but I am considering now to leave comcast, getting a request is never possible with those recordings

Issues

I was out of services for five days hopping to get some kind of credit. Service was interrupted for 5 due to cable damages on the outside. People next door installed fence and damage cable.

Incredible poor support service.

I called because I have not had internet access all day. I have been on my phone for 56 minutes texting people who do not understand and or cannot fix the problem.

Horrible company

They added Hulu without permission, when I called to have it cancelled, they messed my account up so bad, that it took 3 hours to fix. They ended up adding a 4th box back 2 years, then took off all but 1 of my boxes. Got that fixed after 3 hours, but it turns out a 5th box has been on there for over a year and no one ever mentioned it. Mike at corporate called me after I filed a FCC complaint, and wants to give me a whole $24 credit. Now 1 of my boxes doesnt work again
