Service tech installed cable to my neighbors house disconnected my service never told me he was disconnecting mine,or checked if it was up after he left, he did same thing to neighbors not everything working with him. and never rehooked mine.why he unhooked mine is beyond me. When I finally got through to Comcast on numerous occasions they tell me they can have someone out in couple days. Then they say someone will notify me. Haven't heard from anyone yet. Comcast installer didn't know what he was doing so I have to suffer with no services for a couple days. I'm sure you want your money for that bill on time.

Comcast - Internet Service Review from Stone Mountain, Georgia

I earn my money by streaming games on twitch it is the only way I make money and I got 1000+ subs.. The Comcast service was very unstable and I always had a problem with it. This made me lose subs and money because I got disconnected maybe every night I stream. I call customer service and they said they were going to take 1 week to come and fix it, so I cancel the service and got another one. If you have a business that requires connection do not go with comcast it will make you lose money and there service is the worst I've had.

Comcast Cancellation Policy Review from Powell, Tennessee

Details
The worst customer service on the planet. Can upgrade your service from anywhere. Downgrades cannot be contacted except through corporate complaints. The cable companies need immediate intervention from the Feds to create a competitive environment. If you can get your services anywhere else you would be smart to do so. These people are incredibly greedy and ruthless with their tactics to make money. They exemplify everything that is wrong with our country today, which is "***, we're going to get ours at any cost".

I was tricked by comcast to do a 2 year contract. , which in fact they advertise just the opposite. They wont allow me to change my plan and down grade. I think that im leaning toward filing a suit again SD t them.

My only problem with Comcast was rudeness and price going up all the time. Do not switch to Verizon: You can check out my horror story-look for "Verizon Fios the Nightmare."

We need other solutions!

Comcast still hasn't put it's "temporary" line underground

21/2 months and I still have an above ground cable line from the pole to the house in our shore home which will have renters in it by next week. Customer service is staffed by nice enough folks that tell you what you want to hear, but they are completely incompetent when it comes to getting the job done. I finally gave up on them and began calling Corporate where I got to speak to the same individuals twice. Today called to see what was going on - I was told they tried to call me yesterday at both my phone numbers - WHICH I HAVE NO RECORD OF - so I'm back to square one. Spoke to Kimberly who seems to have some level of competence, so I'm crossing my fingers. COMCAST deserves every low rating is has. Aggressive sales force with very little focus on customer service once the sale is done. Would go out of my way not to use them again.

COMCAST LIES AND HAS THE WORST SERVICE

We received (had to go to Comcast store) a new wifi router when we were having issues. They said it was the router and we need to come to their store and get one. There hours aren't the best so I had to take a 1/2 day off work to go get the router. We bring it home and a few months later we are having issues again. They tell us it is the wifi router. We explained to them that it was new. So I take yet another 1/2 day to pick up the new router. That works for a few months and again no internet. I call for service. The "tech" says he will over-ride something and it works temporarily. He said he would send a tech to fix the issue. He schedules me an appointment a week away. I say wait why not now. He says you have internet we have people without. At least that was what I could understand as English was not his native language. During the week I had to wait I have no internet. I call they say okay we will send someone in the morning - I still had to wait like three days. I take another 1/2 day and to no surprise they never showed. So I called and complained and they rescheduled. Thursday between 5 and 7. Surprise again. They didn't show. All this time I have to *** work. So I call them and I get different excuses. They are running late, technician ran into issues on the previous job and the final excuse...the technician was hurt. Of course they have lied to me so many times I can't even believe them. So they guarantee me that someone will be at my home the following day at 7:00 a.m. It is now 8:15 and still no Comcast. Again had to take another 1/2 day off work. COMCAST TREATS THEIR CUSTOMERS UNFARILY. However, they think they are a monopoly (which they kind of are) so they can treat customers however they want. I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. That is about to change. In the past two months I have had to make at least 40 calls to Comcast (although I think that is on the low side). Each time promised that were not fulfilled. I get a supervisor named Debbie this morning (after my 10th time asking that a supervisor call me) and that was just a waste of time. Another supervisor called, I don't remember his name, and he too was full of lies. I asked if he would like to pay for my missed time at work or the overage I have on my cellphone because I had to use it as a hot spot. Not for personal reasons but for work related issues. COMCAST IS THE WORST. They can change their name to xfinity and guarantee anything but they are still doing business as usual. I would be fired from my job if I was as inadequate as they are!

My router constantly only allows three devices to attach to it, and all my friends say I should call for a replacement. My friends are lucky to live in countries where asking for a replacement isn't always this.

Comcast in San Francisco, California - Internet service

Your internet is very slow that when I watch shows it just spins,spins,spins spins!! Get it!! Your service is very bad at this time!! If I want to watch something I go to comcast office to do so??? Yes I very angry about this situation!! There is one cable box and one router!!! If I get enough people like I seen today I wonder how I got to watch anything!!!!! My pad itself gets hot for me to handle it maybe you got hot clients!!! As soon as I get to where I am thinking of others sources to look at
