Billing gauging forn there equiptment

So living on budget. every time they increase the equipment fee and taxes I return equipment to help the total bill amount. it works that month then the following bill they increase the equipment cost to get bill back up to the amount it was prior. I have done this 3 times and each time they did there little dirty trick. I sure wished that we could suspend needing equipment.

I needed to talk to a representative and took me more than 35 minutes to get to a person. The worst system I have ever encountered. In all fairness to the representative, she did a great job once I got to talk to her.

To have cable disconnected

Ive had Comcast a few year. Ive called about 4 times telling them I did not want to renew my services with them every time they told me a different date when my contract was to expire. So I ask them can you put note on my account saying I dont wish to continue my services with them.

The service is absolutely terrible, for the last 6 to 7 months I have to reboot my DVR box at least three times a week I have to use closed captioning to keep up with the program, and every time I cal

Every time I call all they ever do is just reboot I can never get a human to talk to. I am at the end of my rope and I believe I will make a complaint with the attorney general this is absolutely ridiculous. You charge enough money the least you could do is give us decent service.

Horrible Xfinity mobile service

I had A transaction come out of my account without my verbal or written consent or authorization and from A card that is not on file I used it as A one time payment plus I told the company Id pay the remainder on Friday,12/24/20 I was told for people to have Xfinity mobile they have to set up automatic payments and they cant give my funds back I have my old card on file not the card I paid once with .I am going to file more then A complaint everyone knows this is illegal and how did Xfinity mobile get A high customer service rating with all of the wrong things

Comcast service is so subpar. I have live streaming and I am unable to stream while I am out of the US. Also there is an ongoing delays with emails coming through since in the US for months. I constantly get errors that i cannot access my emails and have to refresh. sometimes for hours i cannot read my emails. It is so terrible that I am paying so much for subpar service. You all need to fix this. Oh and the IVR options are horrible spend 15mins trying to get to the right options. so silly

Down cable lines

Comcast has lines down on my street. They need to be removed. Traffic is horrendous. Im told they cant move them off my property until 1/7/21. Thats NOT acceptable. They need to be removed immediately. They are preventing me from using my driveway and street. Tons of cars backed up for miles.
