Internet service going in and out

Service was down for four days and had an appointment for a tech to come out service came back for a day and is out again.

My tv service is garbage

I cant connect with anyone to help with my connection problems. I keep getting the run around. Guess I need to cut my cable service. What am I paying for if it does not work and I cant talk to anybody to fix it. On a scale of 1 to 10 you guys are a zero for wasting my time trying to get assistance from you.

No customer or tech service

Iam a disabled person who has to have phone-a reliable one that is not Comcast. Now get nothing but recordings. Pay bill or else hangs up! Pay for services not working missed urgent calls one for myself after falling? Internet off-on maybe? Peacock streaming laughable. Modem from u lol. Paid u big surprise no phone. This has cost me a lot of money. Comcast cant wait to leave u!

User's recommendation: Do not ever do phone thru them. If possible get own equipment. Expect no customer services. Buy a fire stick their streaming sucks.

Dislike the use of out of country staffing, waste of time and slow. US person was good

Pricing is getting too high, should give discounts for longevity. Slow assistance from Jamaican, the use of US employee was so much better. It was over an hour on the phone with little discount.

User's recommendation: Calling in to Comcast takes at least an hour.

New plan

I spoke to an agent on February 24 and he offered me a plan for $150 a month. I told him that I got paid on the 28th and I would take care of it then. He gave me a phone number that was a non-working phone number. When I talked to someone else about my plan she told me that they did not offer such a plan. So Im going to cancel

User's recommendation: If cost is not an issue ahead and get Xfinity Internet and TV.

My services

Multiple attempts to reach a customer service representative to discuss my service, after spending hours on the phone attempting to figure out how to contact someone, I gave up and discontinued the call. Still haven't spoken to anyone.

Cancellation

comcast apparently prefers the use of unpaid robots and computers to homosapiens with a brain. I finally gave up on comcast's profuse apologies. When I tried to make a change to my account they would NEVER act upon it. I tried for 3 months to cancel my account, not only did it not happen, comcast then penalized me late fees for following through with my complaint. Comcast employs thousands of computers and robots, it seems, but nowhere in that process is evidence of a human, to sort out the tangle of contradictions and lies pouring from that silicone. I'm now watching Broadcast TV on an antenna.

i have been on the phone five times and have no more timeworst I have written and tried to speak with a live person for 4 hours do not wish to waste my life talking to your dumb computers etc.
