I have been a customer for over 30 years. They just keep overbilling me year after year. Their billing practices are horrible. It is done $4 to $8 per month added to my bill . I am stuck with this two year contract and they know it. This is unfair to us longstanding loyal customers. I am not interested in the new crazy tech that makes me look for something to watch longer than it takes to watch it..and, i have had my same landline phone number for my family for this long. I do not want to change things. I do not see why this keeps going on. I pay my bill on time faithfully. All i expect is to be treated fairly.

Deceptive telephone solicitations. Call to find out why my bill was higher was told that my contract ended and that I would have to renew my contract to get a lower price told them fine but I wanted to same things that I have right now at the same price as I knew the only raised to keep getting you to sign a one year contract . The next day realized I was missing some of my favorite channels called Comcast and they said oh we’re not renewing them . Well how the heck is that giving me the same exact channels that I had if you’re not renewing show me your best channels ! So come Monday they will receive a phone call to take this bogus crap off my contract and I will be switching to AT&T

Check your cable bill. They want you to go paperless and autopay for a reason. I caught them 2 years ago over charging me for stingray service. I called them and they only refunded 3 months of it but charged me for 10 months they are committing fraud on the customer. I caught them a second time doing same thing again. Not only that bill increases from $126.00 per month to $168.00 Called them trying to get better rate it went to$198.00 . Now trying to close account for 3 days spend 1 1/2 hours on phone with 3 different people still not turned off and charging me $60.00 Termination fee they are crooks.

Horrible service, horrible product | Comcast review

Every year my monthly cost increases dramatically and I have to either pay the steep increase in cost or lose channels and/or services. They did this bulls.... to my aunt until she was paying an outrageous monthly payment for ONLY basic channels!!!! Comcast is ridiculous!!!! I stayed loyal to this greedy company for years and now I'm forced to do what I use to do.....jump back and forth and take advantage of specials offered. It makes me sick that I have to continually change carriers because the "regular" monthly payment is unaffordable. Shame on all of you greedy carriers!!!!

Xfinity Streaming | Comcast review

I have a Dish account at our home in the mountains and downloaded the DishAnywhere application on an Amazon FireStick that allows me to stream TV while I'm traveling with my wife. Works great and there is no "In Home" network requirement. I have Xfinity TV at our condo in another city and download the Xfinity Stream application to the FireStick. I can watch recording shows outside of our home network but can't watch live TV. I pay a significant amount each month for the Xfinity service and when my wife and I travel (often for a few months at a time) why can't I take the service with me. Watching on my iPad or iPhone works but would prefer watching on a full size TV. When will Comcast work out a deal with Amazon?
