Comcast - High Priority Need HELP!!!

Attention ALL!!! I need some help here. It is an emergency!! One of our mutual clients (Benchmark Realty 125 River Rock Blvd · (615) 809-2323) is moving to a new location (630 West Burton St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130) tomorrow. There has been a major issue with the cutover dates. Somehow the dates where enter incorrectly and services was prematurely disconnected late last week. Called Comcast support and services was restored. Now we are less than 24 hours from move and Comcast does not have an availability to move services tomorrow and says the latest will be Monday. This means our mutual client will be without Internet services for 4 Business days. This is not acceptable. We need to somehow move services tomorrow. No later than tomorrow afternoon. This client is on the *** of opening 50+ locations in town and we both can use that business. Please make something happen. We have recommended Comcast to all our clients and would appreciate some help here as an act of good will and to ensure we meet our client’s needs. Please Escalate and get anyone involved we need to. This is HIGH PRIORITY. We do not want to lose our clients business. I am sure you can appreciate that.. This one of the worse monopoly companies in south florida. I am unable to switch to another provider and Comcast knows that, which is why they slow down the internet at night every night. When I called to complain they "reset" and yes it definitely speeds up, but the next day it slows down again. I called again and they said that was unacceptable and would send a technician. The technician said everything seemed fine, the speed is fine the connection from the outside is fine, everything is fine but told me that he would write on the paperwork that he changed a connection on the exterior to ensure that i wouldn't be charge for them to come out and there wasn't an issue. I told him to do whatever he wanted because I was not going to pay anything, zero. Biggest scam, if only they wouldn't steal from me and deliver what I am paying for.

I think a class action lawsuit shall happened!i recently moved into my house and called to have service they gave me a whole run down on someone prior that lived in the house b4 me owes a bill; and that I had to come to a Comcast office show proof I just moved in etc etc. Did all that iT was appeoved for me to have service set My account up PAID!!$100 deposit got My equipment set And all for them to turn My service off in 2days !! Due to this issue Spoke with a collection supervisor name briana told me iT was out if her hands And that her boss would call me back im still waiting And iTS a week later but to top iT off they gonna send me a Bill for almost $250 . I left numerous messages no call back

So how many characters do I get here? Ok, so I began my Comcast Internet and voice service at the beginning of October. I did a self-install and followed their directions meticulously. Once it was hooked up I called them to have the Internet activated and phone "ported" to Comcast. I should be good to go...not! The phone wasn't working. I ended up calling them about 14 times in two weeks yet, still nothing. They made several attempts to send a tech out but we all know that Comcast comes out when they want to, not when you can be home. My wife took half a day off for one tech who spent 4.5 hours trying to troubleshoot the issue. Finally he had to give up because my wife needed to get to work. Unfortunately the tech closed out the ticket even though it wasn't working yet so it wasn't able to be escalated to the next level. I should add that each time a tech was scheduled to come to our house we requested a call ahead to ensure we were home. Each time we got a call from Comcast stating that they were at our home (not at the time they said) and they supposedly had called. Really? We asked what number they called. As you have guessed by now, yes, they called my 'home' phone. You know...the one that wasn't working?! When I mentioned this they were silent. When they tried to schedule another visit they would confirm my contact number. Yup, again, it was my home phone...right after we just discussed the fact that that number wasn't working. Are they mindless robots? On the few occasions when they DID confirm my cell number the tech that came out always called the home phone instead. Right at the bottom of their ticket it said in the notes to call my cell with the cell number. Too lazy to read the entire ticket? This went on until I finally contacted the corporate office. The emails I received from those people were not much better. They obviously did not read my entire emails. But...I did get a tech to come out who was "experienced" with phone lines. Experienced? Home telephone lines are far from complicated. Well, he got all my lines working. I still have yet to have anyone explain to me why I'm not getting my voicemail on my xfinity app. That may take another month. It's been my experience with Comcast that their products, when working, work well. When they don't work customer service is horrifically bad. Fourth graders could do a better job. I did get nearly $100 off my bill for late/no-show techs and my service not working. I guess that's something. But what if we needed to call 911 during that time when it wasn't? It took 5 weeks for my phone service to work properly. That's very sad considering how huge Comcast has become. I think their size is their problem...no accountability for when things don't work right. We are all just percentages instead of customers. Xx% have this or that service, xx% have issues with this or that, xx% are fixed on the first visit, xx% need more than one visit. If the percentages of those who experience poor service are low in comparison then they don't feel they have a problem. It's "acceptable."

Comcast - What does piggyback do

What is meant by the word piggyback in Internet terms mean?? I been loosing power I mean big time power in less time I been to three different places I lost 80 percent out of 100 percent power on hand held equipment. Far more than I was using it day and night. It is hard to carry one hand held , but I have two pad and phone. Now what does it take for anyone to take notice of such happenings with today equipment. What happens if it was done to you and all of a sudden no power in a matter of hours instead of days. Think about it!!!!

Comcast - High Price

Started out with $89.95 for bundled service. Phone, TV and internet. Went to $139.95 then $189.95 now $209.95 WOW. VERY LITTLE COMPETITION IN MY ZIP CODE. When I called to see if their are reasonable alternatives, price wise, I was told no current promotions but they would discount my bill $5.00 per month but I have to agree to keeping the service for 24 months or pay a penalty. I DECLINED. This is just more of the same as companies get bigger and bigger with less and less competition. Also, in my opinion, very few upgrades and minimal maintenance to their system overall. If you do have a problem they will eventually get around to fixing it. Overall not a favorite company of mine.

Call today 11/06/15 to check on packages and which one would fit my need. Talk to a guy by the name of Keith. I told him I would think about it and call back and he got ugly and said I needed to put the order in today and there was no contract and I told him I would call back when I decide. He said what do you want to go with Direct TV or other satellite co? Of course I won't write what I told him and I hung up. Now I do know I will never go with Comcast and there rude worker Keith....

I paid an amount on someone else's account.... I caught my mistake and spoke to several call center loser imaginable . All very apologetic .. ha ha... I would get a confirmation number each time. Only to find out you need a receipt number to go along with that.. Patiently waiting, I call back and the automated moroon tells me that my past due amount is exactly the amount I paid on wrong account. I hold for call center employee to resolve situation. It's a run around for weeks. Long story short. You give them any money say goodbye to it. I believe that the policy between corporate and call center is NEVER give money back!!! Stall the customer until there bill is due then apply it to account. That should be my decision how I choose to pay my bill. Corporate America. A bunch of fat slobs...

inter net hasn't been working right for long time been calling them they said they set up appointment for a tech guy to come out but when he didn't show i called again the lady said that there wasn't a tech showing up even tho they gave me a time and day when he was showing up after being on phone with the lady about 1/2hr she hung up on me.At this up comcast service blows and i wouldn't recommend this service. comcast makes you pay alot for service that isn't even working right. When you get there agents on the phone they say they make appointment and they don't then they hang up on you.

Over 2 years later im getting debt phone calls from them now firstly theyve never spelled my name right then ontop of that my bill was only spose to be 80$ and i got a bill for 120$ i payed it then they shut off my service after 20 days and wanted another 110$ they wer charging me late fees on late fees cause they didnt even tell me how much i really owed in the first place they dont care about customers at all and i was tired of paying that much for just internet so i switchex to at&t havent had a problem for qlmost 2 years now and its not even 50$ a month for internet so yeah theyre just a bunch of *** artist
