Comcast - Billing issue

Details
They scammed my elderly mother into upgrading her services giving her internet which she does not use and locked her in a contract for an outrageous price and she cannot get out of it. They said if they remove the internet to lower her bill she has to pay early termination fee. They are very unethical and they are on the phone for I hour without any resolution even when speaking to a manager. They don't speak English well so my mother did not understand what they were saying. Terrible company!!

Comcast - I returned my equipment

The Fort Myers Comcast owes me over $400.00. I have not received it in over 2 years. My friend returned the equipment for me and I have the receipt. What do I have to do to get my money back? I am going to report this to the Fort Myers Better Business Bureau. I might change companies! This is insane. I want my money back immediately! I am not sure how to get it back. Sue them in small claims court. You have the tracking info showing the return. You should get the refund plus your costs.

Comcast - Billing Issue

Comcast sucks they want you to pay over $125 for one TV in the house and I made monthly payments every month faithfully they wait until you paid $80 to $100 dollars on your account then cut your service off then they lied to me and told me they lost my payment for this month so I drove back to the office showed them my receipt and they told me my payment wasn't lost that they shut it off because I didn't pay the whole payment of$ 193 dollars they my bill goes up every month.

COMCAST is the worst service - period. Contract for 2 years - monthly service - $ 110.00 + $ 10.00 modem= 120. My payment after 2 month is already $134.00 - Why US regulation do not protect customers? They protect Comcast - STAY AWAY FROM CAMCAST. Monthly rate will be increased every single month by: $ 1.50, $ 2.75, $ 3.50 and go up and up. President REAGAN did perfect job with AT&T. Maybe Trump will do this same. Mark

Comcast - Complaint Customer Service on Phone for Residential Problem

2016-2-10 I was moved or called three Comcast phone representatives re cable TV problems. All were well spoken and polite, 2 from Texas, one from NY (all women) in 1 hour 30 minutes of my day nothing re my TV Cable service could be resolved. I find this typical of phone interaction in the category of VERY poor service. They suck, they have replaced the box, cables, splitters inside and out to the pole. It got worse, the last guy said the wire at the pole was damaged and needs to be replaced. That was 38 days ago. Now they added HD function for $9.95 a month on my service back billed me for two month and never gave me a DVR set HD box. This kind of *** has been going on for 5yr. Always an issue whether the picture is scrambled, sound cuts out or both. Always "temporary " outages and complete loss of picture almost like clockwork right around 8:30-9pm. Hope you don't want to watch a live show or movie, you'll miss half of it and have to get it on demand. Internet is a problem too. Losing internet connection when you have your own private wifi?? What a joke. My complex includes free cable in the rent otherwise I'd never pay for this kind of service.

Comcast absolutely sucks. Had a storm that took out electricity and cable on a Friday afternoon around 3:00. Electricity was back up in 30 minutes. Cable however took over 6 hours to restore. No phone, no cable, no internet. Called Comcast about refund for no-service and went into the land of ***. Service support starts with a never ending path of automated prompts. Then you get a live voice --- From the Philippines. Did you know Comcast does not provide service to this country but they hire their cheap customer service labor from there? Got lied to multiple times, told I could not speak to a supervisor because they were all in meetings – really, all customer service supervisors are in meetings for this massive company? Eventually they offered me a $15.00 refund that they claimed was automated when loss of service takes place. Really? I have never seen any automated discounts show up on any prior loss of service issue. Held out for $30.00 but the experience was yet another example of what is wrong with letting companies like this get too big. These people are complete frauds and *** They need to be regulated like the airlines now where there are automatic penalties in place for poor quality/lack of service issues.

So i received 2 calls from Comcast office of the executive. Funny thing is, neither person had ever talked to the executive.

I was told that Comcast is aware of their reputation and are putting plans in motion that will take up to 5 years to finish - so just hold on to that *** service their is a light at the end of the tunnel if you can live that long.

Everybody needs to start demanding automatic refunds for quality of service. Hit em where it hurts and the fool that runs customer service (Tom Karinshak) may start receiving less pay if he can't pick up the phone and start spending the money necessary to get this longstanding issue solved.

This is derek. I ha e internet with comcast for 8 years and wanted to bundle my TV and Internet with in February of 2016. They first missed there schedule day to come out and install a filter on my lines. Then they was going to charge me $50 for a tech to come out and hook up the cable boxes. I said no because i should be able to hook them up my self. Will the dvdr was the first box i hooked up and called them to activate it and as soon as i did the box was giving me an error right a way. Long story short i spent 4 hours talking to a about 5 people about the problem and was given missed information and lied to about a tech calling me back within an hour. Each person was very rude and did not want to listen to me about was going. They aas going to waive the fees because of the problems i was but i would have to wait 4 days before someone comes and if they do. At this point i don't trust them anymore. You would think being with them for 8 years they would do all they can to keep a customer but they don't care. I asked them to make me an offer to stay and all they could do is take $50 off my bill for one month and give me a free premium channel for three months really. Really is that the best they can do?! So I'm ditching comcast in going to AT&T U verse Internet as of February 2016.

Comcast service is the worst!

I spent 4 hours trying to fix my internet problem. I called around 8 pm and they reset my modem, and problem still persist after 10-15 min. Then, after trying for hours! to be connected back to a agent! they either don't hear me or they hang up or get transfer and wait infinitely for an agent to pick up. So after 1.5hr trying to be connected, i decided to go online and have a live-chat so that the person tells me that comcast decided to discontinue service with my modem without giving me a notice before so i can buy a new modem and not be stuck at home without internet! And, when you go to their website, the page says that my modem has not end of life! and when i mentioned this to the agent i am chatting with, she says, "oh, websites needs to be updated" But now! if that happened with the modem i have right now, what guarantees me that they one you recommend me is efficient? since everything with comcast has been a pain!! Comcast Service should definitely be over and better services should be provided in the South!

Comcast - Charged for non existent service

Your technician was NOT able to connect broadband up to my home (515 22nd ave, seattle wa 98122), but I was charged anyway. After several calls to comcast to get you to stop billing me for non existent service you finally stopped after about 5 months. Then you put a negative entry on my credit report...for an account that NEVER EXISTED.... I''ve filed a complaint with the FCC and local BBB as well as all 3 credit agencies.... I would be nice if Comcast would do the right thing and remove the negative entry on my credit....once again for service that you NEVER PROVIDED..... I have no idea what my comcast account number is since I've not had service at this address EVER.... my phone number is 512.569.4895...please call if you want try and undo the damage you've already done to me....
