My appointments keep going to reschedule all the time its almost a month that I dont have Internet since the storm June 20th. I had appointment for July 10 I got rescheduled I got appointment today no one showed up yet Im getting really upset because its almost a month and I have no Internet in my house.

Yesterday move the tv to have a new floor put in, called for a restart. Today called for assistance, sorry we can't help you. We'll send out a tech, then the rep goes into trying to sell me services, which he doesn't want to sch. a tech. first I was told he could send a tech on 30 Jul now its 31 Jul. Then you have to play silly games with the robot calling center. No wonder people get pissed off a calling-Service no Service

No We called right after storm and could not get an appt for 2 days -I work from home until Sept and now have to take personal time for 2 days until we can get someone to come out ( modem &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;amp; cable boxes ) not up and Wi-Fi down this is extremely disappointing -there is no outage in area so it might be our outside lines -how do you think I should feel when paying customer and now lose of salary for 2 days -very disappointed

Terrible customer service/high bills

Our town gave Comcast the monopoly here. We cant even go to another WiFi provider because of lobbying. I called Comcast in June 9 to lower my WiFi gigs and lower my bill. It dropped my bill from 156.00 to 99.00 per month. I even signed off on the new lower amount. My next bill reflected the lower amount. Then my July bill came in adding the previously dropped amount and upped my bill even more.156.00
