Comcast complaint
I cancelled my Comcast service in October 2007. Between that time and the beginning of February 2008 I received 2 statements showing that I owed money for service dates ocurring after I cancelled. The first time I called Comcast and they said it was a mistake, they didn't change the serial numbers and the customer name. They would fix it. The second time I got a bill from them they said they had already sent it to a collections agency!!! After my husband screaming at these idiots at the top of his lungs for 10 minutes they said they would fix it. We will see about that..... Past history indicates I will receive another bill in a month or two, or a call from the collections agency... This is absolutely the worst service and the worst company I have ever dealt with.
